I definitely do not advertise myself as an expert in baking or cooking, but I do know my way around a kitchen!!  You will find recipe’s here that I find tried and true, as well as old family recipes and some new ones I have acquired from obsessive Food Network watching or expert friends along the way!  You will also find recipe’s from visiting guests who come over to be a part of an At Home With Emmy Lou episode.  I have met so many incredible souls here in the city, whether they are personal trainers, interior designers, executive chefs or professional bloggers!  I am so looking forward to learning all they have to share on the show!
